  • Visit the Account Access section of the AES website and tap Reset Forgotten Password or Username or Create Account.

If you’d like to change your account, go to:

  • Go to the next tab by tapping I missed my username.
  • Submit the account number or social security number you provided during the verification process, as well as the email address you provided.
  • Continue by tapping the Continue button.
  • Before your username is given or sent to your email address, you will be prompted to answer the security questions.

If you need to change your password, follow these steps:

  • Reset your password by tapping the Reset password button.
  • On your phone, a pop-up window will appear.
  • In the account entry field, enter your username, tap Connect, and then tap the I forgot my password button on the next page.
  • After you submit the requested information, you will receive an email with a temporary password.
